Shipping and Delivery

The books and products will ship out via different postal services depending on the one you have selected. As shipping prices during covid times are constantly changing, if you feel there is an error in the shipping price quoted, please email us at hello@gulliverbooks.com so that we may be able to assist you in checking the shipping price.

Our books and posters will be shipped separately, as our posters will be shipped in poster tubes rather than folded up into the book box.

Our books and boxes of postcards will be shipped in Book mailers, which wrap the books securely and prevent corner damage. They will also be wrapped in a layer of plastic to ensure that the books are safe should the package become wet or rained on.

Changes to your order
After completing your order on our site, you personalized book will be prepared for layout and will be sent to the printer in 24 hours. If you realise you have made any mistakes or typos, please send us an email with your order no. within 24 hours of your order to hello@gulliverbooks.com, and let us know how you would like to correct the error. Unfortunately, any requests received after 24 hours, will be shipped out as is.

Because of the customized nature of our book, we are unfortunately not able to offer any refunds once the book is printed.

Custom/duty fees and Import costs
We are a small company, and can’t keep updated information on all regions’ custom/duty fees and import costs. Therefore, we are not liable to pay for custom/duty fees and import costs. However, children’s books have a 0% duty rate in the majority of countries around the world. Only VAT may be charged in some countries.
